Posting without art  
There seems to be a lot of master posts being submitted at the moment with the art labelled as 'coming soon'. I appreciate that some of you are working in different timezones but the only time we should get a post in this state is if you have already agreed with us that your art will be posted after your arranged posting date.

It's up to you and your artist to agree on who will make the master post to the community and this post should not be done until both the fic and the art are posted and in public entries.

Any further posts we receive with either the fic or the art marked as 'coming soon' will be rejected and you will be asked to resubmit once all the links are available.

I have a question, about posting if the partner drops out.

My author has been kinda missing sometime after the art claims when she told me that she was doing a major rewriting. My mails went unanswered, so now I'm not sure if the story is even going to be posted. However I've already drawn a bit based on her unfinished initial draft.
If an author does drop out, does it mean that the artist will have to drop out too?

Since we allow authors to post even if their artists have dropped out or find them pinch hitters, I don't see how it would be fair to not do the same for artists. (Though the situation tends to be somewhat more rare.)

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having troubles again, but I think it would be acceptable for you to post your art master post regardless of if the fic turns up or not.

Hm, sorry about that. The email notifying us that it's been added to the queue was marked as read, but it was still in the queue. Fixed now, thanks for pointing it out!

f-locked art posts
The f-locked art posts are a problem too. Well, only one comes to mind, but I hate calling just one person out (guess I just did). It's been days, that should be fixed by now.

My artist said she would contact you about why she's late, so I hope it's fine that I post tonight. Just tweaking the last stuff now! :)
